This is not an overnight process - Online Teaching

Lets talk about time!

We live in an INSTANT GRATIFICATION world. We want it NOW!

When I say time, I am referring to the time it takes to get a job teaching online.
If you are looking for a get rich quick scheme or for me to sell you some magic beans……. then I am sorry to tell you that you are in the wrong place. But, If you are willing to put in the work to change your life, if you are willing roll up your sleeves and find that person inside of you that you have ALWAYS known is in there, then you my friend are in the right place and I am glad you are here!

Finding an online teaching job and becoming the best that you can at your craft is not an overnight process. Do not let this discourage you. Like anything in life, you only get out of it what you put into it. I am living proof that the pay off is well worth it. The good thing is you have me as your personal coach to help you maximize your time and effort. I will share with you my experiences and strategies I will show you what it takes to be successful. I only wish I had someone like me when I was first getting started. If I had someone to lead me in the right direction to share their experiences with me , I can only imagine how much faster I would have gotten to where I am today!

With regards to time and getting jobs, I have had some schools where I was hired in 2 months and others that took 2 years! I even have schools that today that I follow up with to stay active on their hiring lists. The point here is to remind you this is not an overnight process and you’re going to have to be diligent and work to get that first job. Keep this in mind , as you begin your process in looking for online teaching jobs and following the courses. If you have realistic expectations , you will do well.

In summary, put aside those ideas of instant gratification and lets focus on what’s important, taking the time to make you the best that you can be and taking your career and your life to the next level!
